Pretty Valentines.

January 25, 2011

By now you should know I’m a huge fan of Rifle Paper Co.‘s stationery -And so it’s no surprise that I love Anna Bond’s new assorted Valentine’s Day cards. I’ve found a few retail outlets that carry her cards in Toronto, the Paper Place and Drake General Store to name a few!

Spineless Art.

December 29, 2010

I’m having a very cozy few days up in the Muskokas. Sitting by the fire, snow shoeing, skating, reading. I brought the newest issue of Living Ect., a new obsession remnant of my Summer in London. I love these one-page books as art from Spineless Classics, especially the Origin of Species!

Bold & Noble.

September 3, 2010

I stumbled upon this pretty print of the British Isles in type font. Bold and Noble are creating some very cute designs, and they do custom work too.

Missed Connections.

April 7, 2010

I’ve been secretly reading the missed connections section of Toronto’s Craigslist for years- They range from romantic to stalkerish. Brooklyn based Sophie Blackall has taken to painting some of her favorites, and has even started to sell the lovely prints on Etsy.

2010 Calendars.

November 27, 2009

Aren’t these gorgeous? I bought my grandmother the fifth one for Christmas. I’d love to frame each month and display them in my office (when I have one!)

Banksy.

August 21, 2009

While in England, I never made it to Bristol to see Banksy’s exhibit at the City Museum and Art Gallery. Banksy is one of my favorite artists, always provoking and challenging society’s traditional ways of thinking with his art. Check out some of his exhibit below, and if you can make it before August 31st- go see it in person!
