In just a few days I’ll be in the UK to film an episode of Mayday. Sadly, the filming takes me nowhere near London, and so I’ve opted to stay the weekend for pleasure! I bought a gorgeous striped dress from Club Monaco yesterday… The weather is getting warmer, but I’ve yet to brave a dress without tights. I’m hoping to acquire a few staple dresses for the Summer- I’m loving Swedish designer Ulkira Sandström‘s spring collection. The pretty white dresses are classics and, that belt is so fun!

Gorgeous Hues.

March 8, 2010

You may ask what makes an Oscar dress worthy of my Top 5 Best Dress list… And fortunately, it’s not a mathematical equation of colour, composition and risk (Though it could be!) It’s simply, a gorgeous dress in which I could see myself wearing. When I think of dresses I’ve worn in the past, for both special and everyday occasions, I remember the ones that made me feel confident and beautiful… Not that lovely but problematic strapless dress- There’s nothing worse then tugging at the top of your dress in public, and often! Below are my Top 5 faves from last night’s (yawn fest) Oscars.
