I’ve envied Keri Russell’s fabulous hair since her Felicity days but it’s her gorgeous Brooklyn brownstone that I covet now. Elle Decor‘s June issue features Keri and her contractor husband Shane Deary’s 1860 remodeled home – A collaboration project for the new parents.

December 9, 2010Have you peeked at the latest issue of Lonny Mag yet? I’m loving designer Lulu de Kwiatkowski’s home. I haven’t settled into a new place since I’ve returned from London so I’m on the lookout for room inspiration… and er, the perfect apartment!

I Miss You, Paris.
September 17, 2009I’ve got a serious case of the end-of-summer blues. It doesn’t help, I’m sure, that Mercury is in retrograde and blocking my Jupiter dependency. Apparently I’ve only got a few more weeks of this before I can regain some sense of sanity.
Until then though, I just might find myself in one of these apartments on a whim. Paris is always the answer, isn’t it?

Pools, Au Naturel.
August 20, 2009It’s hot and sticky in Toronto, and I’m longing for a nice mid-afternoon dip! I’d love to do so in artist Nancy Adler’s eco-friendly pool. The natural pool, which is chemical-free and has its own living ecosystem, was built in collaboration with landscape architect Jonathan Alderson and inspired by the Austrian natural pool company Biotop.
Kenmont Gardens Heaven.
August 1, 2009I saw this beautiful converted church on Apartment Therapy. The light is incredible, I’d love a place like this! Check out Light Locations for more of these beautiful homes.
Fallingwater.
June 25, 2009I’ve been in the US for over a week filming the last two episodes of my contract. The end is in sight, and my European adventure is anxiously approaching. Our first episode was based out of Blairsville, PA, a quaint bedroom community just north of Pittsburgh. On our drive to Washington, D.C., the team & I detoured to Mill Run, PA to see Frank Lloyd Wright’s gorgeous masterpiece: Fallingwater. It’s worth the detour, you won’t regret it.
